Job Overview: Systems Specialist – Computer Systems

Education Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience Requirement:

Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years in relevant IT systems or enterprise solutions environment

Work Arrangement:

On-site only – The position requires physical presence at the company location or client sites; remote work is not permitted.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

The Systems Specialist will be responsible for the following:

Confer with clients to gather and analyze IT requirements
Design, develop, and implement information systems and business solutions
Advise clients on IT strategy, policy development, service delivery, and system architecture
Conduct risk assessments for physical and technical data security
Develop and enforce contingency plans and policies to mitigate security breaches
Implement structured software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices
Lead QA reviews and audits to maintain system and product integrity
Facilitate usability testing, robotic process automation (RPA), and system validation
Execute and document software and system testing results
Operate automated test equipment to ensure quality compliance
Provide post-deployment support and technical consulting to clients
Resolve conflict situations during deployment or support phases
